We have a team of vetted contractors with whom we have worked for many years including painters, flooring specialists, repair and renovation specialists, designers, and stagers to help prepare your home to sell. Our reach extends to repairs and inspections. If issues need to be addressed prior to listing or repairs need to be made after making an offer, we have a crew of competitively priced, quality professionals, upon whom we rely, who are a part of our trusted team at Erin & Company. One of our passions outside of real estate is helping other small, local businesses grow. Words aren’t effective at capturing why it’s “our thing”, but it is! Perhaps it comes down to values. At our core, we believe that we succeed when others succeed. Our tag “You First. Always.” encapsulates this idea. We absolutely want to help our clients succeed, and this desire extends into helping people in our communities thrive as well. We look for opportunities to support small business owners and raise awareness and funds to support causes we believe in. This may mean hiring the new taco truck in town to give them exposure for our fundraiser to help address food scarcity or hosting “Let’s Face It”- an event for our favorite aesthetician. It may mean we partner with a local baker and use them as part of our gift giving projects throughout the year or spotlight a friend in our e-news who just hung a shingle for his custom carpentry business. We have a long list of people and their passions that we want to support. Why? Because it is SO fun and so ridiculously rewarding! What does this mean for you as our client?
